Application timeline - 2024/2025

• Online application portal opens on 01 September 2024
• Closing date for submission of reference letters is 13 October 2024 (24:00 CET)
• Closing date for submission of your application is 13 October 2024 (24:00 CET)
• Online panel interviews will be held on 25-29 November 2024
• Successful candidates will be invited to Munich for in-person interviews and matchmaking on 20-24 January 2025 (IMPRS-ML will reimburse travel expenses and accommodation costs)
• Letters of acceptance sent out by early February 2025
• Accepted candidates should start their PhD no later than 01 October 2025
